This Privacy Policy explains how Smile Creative (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website at smilecreative.agency (the “Site”), contact us, or engage our services.   • Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram): we use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, on our Site. The Pixel collects information about your interaction with our Site (such as pages viewed and actions taken) and shares it with Meta. This allows us to measure the effectiveness of our adverts, to show you relevant adverts on Facebook and Instagram, and to build audiences of people with similar interests. The Pixel only runs where you have consented to advertising cookies. You can manage how Meta uses your data through your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.
  • Google Analytics: provided by Google, this helps us understand how visitors find and use our Site so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect standard internet log and visitor behaviour information in an anonymised form.
  • Remarketing: we may show adverts to people who have previously visited our Site as they browse other websites and social media platforms. You can opt out of personalised advertising through the settings offered by each platform.
